Drop-in classes
A drop-in lets your child join a regular weekly class for a single session — you pay for the one class, with no term commitment. It’s a relaxed way to see the room, meet the teacher and feel the energy first-hand. Drop-in classes cost $32, with an accompanying sibling at $16.
Drop-ins are offered where a class has space, and they don’t reserve a place for the term. Classes are small (max 12 children) and fill fast, so if you’d like a regular spot, enrolling is the surest way to secure one.
You can book a drop-in online the day before, or the morning of, the class. Pre-booking and pre-payment secure your place for that session. At certain points in the term the online system is unavailable; during those periods, simply call 0431 338 143 to check availability.

How do I book a casual drop-in class?
When you start booking a drop-in, the system may first offer a whole-term enrolment — that’s where most people get stuck. To book a single casual class instead, from your customer portal:
- Click Classes.
- Select your location from the dropdown menu.
- Click the day the class runs (e.g. Friday), then click the arrow to open the class booking.
- Select the child you’re booking for, then click the Show bookings link.
- Select the class date and click Save.
- Complete payment and accept the terms and conditions.
Done! Your class is now confirmed and showing on your Dashboard.
Why does it offer me a whole term when I only want one class?
The booking screen defaults to term enrolment. You don’t need to book a term — just follow the steps above and use Show bookings to pick the individual date you want. That’s the casual option.
What’s the difference between a casual/drop-in class and a term enrolment?
A drop-in lets you book and pay for a single class on a specific date, with no ongoing commitment. A term enrolment books you into the same weekly class for the full term, and usually works out cheaper per class. Drop-ins are great for trying us out, or for weeks when your regular schedule changes.
How much does a drop-in class cost?
A casual class is $32 per child. Payment is made at the time of booking through the customer portal.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes — drop-ins are booked through the customer portal at einsteinz.intrac.com.au/dashboard. If you don’t have a login yet, create one via the customer portal by clicking the New Customer tab.
Can I book for more than one child?
Yes. To get the 50% sibling discount, please contact us at info@einsteinzmusic.com.au or call 0431 338 143.
What if the class is full?
If a date is full it won’t be available to select. You can add yourself to the Watch List.
Can I cancel or change a drop-in booking?
Drop-in sessions cannot be refunded or changed.
