Terms & Conditions

  • Mid-term enrolment is available if space exists, with fees calculated pro-rata.
  • Term fees cover one child plus one carer, and include GST.
  • Infants under 6 months may accompany an older sibling free of charge. Older siblings, or twins in Baby classes, incur a reduced fee.
  • All attending children must be enrolled for administrative purposes.
  • When enrolling multiple children, register them in the oldest child’s age-appropriate class.
  • Terms typically span 10 weeks. There are no classes on public holidays, and fees are adjusted accordingly.

    • Missed and make-up classes

      • Enrolled children receive two make-up classes per term, within the same term and subject to availability. Make-ups are non-transferable to future terms.
      • At least 2 hours notice of an absence is required for make-up eligibility. Absences without adequate notice forfeit the class.
      • Additional make-ups may be accommodated subject to space.
      • No refunds or credits apply. Occasionally a friend may attend in the child’s place by prior arrangement.
      • Fully booked classes unavailable for make-ups may require attendance at an alternate location.
      • Make-ups can be reserved from two weeks in advance up to the class start time.
      • Cancelling a scheduled make-up requires 24 hours notice.

    Illness

    Anyone who is unwell cannot attend class, to prevent the spread of illness. This includes coughs, runny noses, flu, colds and conjunctivitis, and applies to enrolled children, siblings and accompanying adults.

    Drop-in classes

    Anyone may attend a single drop-in class for $32 per session, subject to availability and pre-booked through the office. A drop-in class does not reserve a place for the term or guarantee a future spot.

    Drop-in classes do not include make-up classes. If you are unable to attend a booked drop-in class, the session is not eligible for a refund or a make-up.

    Changing classes

    Mid-term class changes are not permitted if they would overbook another class or jeopardise minimum enrolment requirements.

    Cancellation and refund policy

      • Cancellations made up to 7 business days before the term commences receive a refund, less a $35 administration fee.
      • Cancellations after that deadline are non-refundable.
      • No deferrals are allowed once the term has commenced.
      • Medical cancellations with a certificate receive a pro-rata credit, less the $35 admin fee, held as a note towards a future enrolment.

    New family enrolment guarantee

    New to Einsteinz Music? Your first term is risk-free. If you’re enrolling in a full 10-week term with us for the first time and it isn’t the right fit, let us know in writing any time up to the day before your third class and we’ll refund your term fees in full.

    The guarantee applies to full 10-week term enrolments only, not to partial, late or pro-rata enrolments. Requests made on or after the day of your third class aren’t eligible. It’s available once per family, to families who have not attended Einsteinz Music classes before with any child. If an older sibling has previously enrolled or attended, or if your family has taken a trial class or trial pack with us, the guarantee doesn’t apply, and it can’t be combined with other offers. For returning families and all later enrolments, the standard cancellation and refund policy above applies.

    Courtesy in class

      • Your enrolment covers one child and one accompanying adult. To bring an extra adult or child, please check with us in advance.
      • Parents are encouraged to participate with their children during the class.
      • Please keep socialising to before or after the class, and refrain from talking during class time so everyone can hear the teacher.
      • You’re welcome to take occasional photos or short videos of your own child only — please don’t film other children. Keep phones on silent, and take any calls outside the class.
      • Eating is not permitted in class — children should eat beforehand.
      • Please remove shoes before stepping onto the mat, to keep the play and music area clean and safe.
      • Einsteinz Music reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission for any disruptive participant.

    Change of teacher

    Where possible, an absent teacher is replaced with advance notice. If a class is cancelled, a make-up or replacement class is offered. Teacher changes may occur as needed.

    Media and marketing

    Enrolment grants consent for classroom photography and videography to be used for publicity, marketing and social media. Images will not identify children without prior consent. To opt out, please notify us in writing at info@einsteinzmusic.com.au.

    Early Learning Centre program

      • Requires full upfront payment and is subject to availability.
      • No refunds or credits for missed days, regardless of reason.
      • No make-up days.
      • The illness policy applies. Behavioural or safety concerns may lead to admission being refused.

    After School Care program

      • Sessions run from 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM, with mandatory 5:15 PM pickup.
      • Late pickups incur a fee of $2.00 per minute, capped at $50.00 per occurrence, payable immediately.
      • No refunds or credits for missed sessions, and no make-ups.
      • The illness and behavioural policies apply.
